    The BonusFinder’s Official Blackjack Tester Competition (the “Competition”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia) and Canada who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees and contractors of Gambling.com Group Limited and its respective parents, s, subsidiaries (including GDC America Inc., GDC Media Limited, and GDC Malta Limited (collectively, together with any future subsidiaries, the “GDC Entities”), distributors, representatives, and all other service agencies involved with the Competition and of their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household (whether related or not) of each such employee, contractor, distributor, representative or agent are not eligible to participate or win.     3. Timing

    Competition begins on Feb 24, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on May 9, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Competition Entry Period”). The Competition is governed by these Official Rules and is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws.

    4. How to Enter

    For America residents to enter go to Bonusfinder.com and for Canadian residents to enter go to Bonus.ca during the Competition Entry Period and fill out the entry form on the relevant US webpage in the How to Apply section following the online instructions. Once you enter you will automatically receive one (1) entry in the Competition. When you enter, you can agree to receive promotion emails from the Sponsor. Opting to receive promotional emails is not required to enter the Competition (and will not in any way whatsoever increase or otherwise impact the chances of winning in this Competition; you may opt-out of receiving promotional emails from the Sponsor at any time without impacting your chances of winning in this Competition).

    Limit of one entry per person during the Competition Entry Period. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address.     On or about May 16, 2025 the Sponsors will select one (1) entry for the grand prize described below in a random drawing of all valid entries received. The potential winner will be ed using the email address provided with entry and may be awarded the prize subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the of these Official Rules. The potential winner will be notified by email on or about the day of the drawing. Failure by a potential winner to respond to any within 72 hours of notification will result in disqualification, and Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner in the same manner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Competition Entry Period.

    6. POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSORS (AND, IF THE WINNER IS A RESIDENT OF CANADA, SUBJECT TO CORRECTLY COMPLETING THE MATHEMATICAL SKILL-TESTING QUESTION AS SET OUT BELOW). SPONSORS’ DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE ISTRATION, OPERATION, SELECTION OF THE WINNER AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED TO THE COMPETITION. POTENTIAL WINNER MAY BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE TO SPONSOR VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED IDENTIFICATION TO CONFIRM ELIGIBILITY.

    7. Verification of Potential Winner

    If the potential winner is a United States resident, the potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) (collectively, the “Affidavit”) by the date specified by the Sponsors, or an alternate potential winner may be selected. If the potential winner is a Canadian resident, the potential winner: (a) will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid (which may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsors, be istered online, by email or other electronic means, by telephone, or in the Sponsors’ form of declaration and release); and, (b) may be required to complete and return a declaration and release form by the date specified by the Sponsors (which, among other things, confirms compliance with these Official Rules, acknowledges acceptance of the grand prize as awarded, and releases the Released Parties (defined below) from any and all liability in connection with this Competition); or an alternate potential winner may be selected.

    In the event (a) potential winner cannot be reached for whatever reason after a reasonable effort has been exerted, or the potential winner notification or Affidavit (or declaration and release, as applicable) is returned as undeliverable, (b) potential winner declines or cannot accept, receive or use the prize for any reason, (c) of noncompliance with these Official Rules or any of the aforesaid time periods, (d) potential winner is found to be ineligible to enter the Competition or receive the prize, (e) potential winner fails to fulfill the Affidavit-related (or declaration and release related, as applicable) obligations, or (f) the potential winner, if a Canadian resident, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, the potential winner shall be disqualified from the Competition and an alternate potential winner may be selected in a random drawing , from among the other eligible entries received, as described in Section 5 above. The Sponsors reserve the right to modify the notification and Affidavit (or declaration and release, as applicable) procedures in connection with the selection of alternate potential winner, if any.

    8. Grand Prize

    One (1) grand prize will be awarded. Grand prize winner will receive, if an American resident, one thousand US dollars (US$1000) in cash or, if a Canadian resident, one thousand Canadian dollars (CAD$1000) in cash. Winner will also have their costs covered for two people’s return economy/standard class flights to Las Vegas and a minimum of two nights hotel accommodation in Las Vegas for two people with the aggregate maximum amount of the costs to be covered for both the flights and the hotel accommodation, if an American resident, four thousand US dollars (US$4000) or, if a Canadian resident, four thousand Canadian dollars (CAD$4000). The total value of the grand prize is therefore, if an American resident, five thousand US dollars (US$5000) or, if a Canadian resident, five thousand Canadian dollars (CAD$5000). Winner must arrange their own flights and hotel accommodation with the Sponsors arranging for the cost to be covered to be paid to the winner in the manner determined by the Sponsors in advance of the winner paying for their flights and accommodation.

    Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsors’ sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Winner (or parent / legal guardian if winner is a minor) is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use, as applicable. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities (as applicable), as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner (if a United States resident) may be required to complete and return an IRS W-9 form (i.e. Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification). Prize will be awarded only if the potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules.

    Without limiting the foregoing, the following general conditions apply to the grand prize: (i) the costs of everything not specifically and expressly stated above as included in the grand prize are the sole and absolute responsibility of the confirmed winner, including without limitation, the cost of any travel expenses that exceed the value of the grand prize (for example, without limitation, transportation for the confirmed winner to and from the applicable departure airport and/or other ground transportation, travel or medial insurance costs, food expenses, incidental travel expenses, items of a personal nature and other fees (NOTE: the confirmed winner may be required to present a valid major credit card in their name at the time of hotel check-in to cover any incidental hotel expenses or damages); (ii) Sponsors reserve the right (but for certainty, has no obligation) at any time to place reasonable restrictions on the availability or use of the grand prize or any component thereof; all as determined by the Sponsors in their sole and absolute discretion; (iii) by accepting the grand prize, the confirmed winner agrees to waive all recourse against the Released Parties if the grand prize or a component thereof does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part; (iv) neither the Sponsors nor any prize supplier will replace any lost or stolen tickets, or vouchers; (v) any difference between the actual value of the grand prize and its stated approximate retail value (in CAD or USD) will not be awarded; (vi) all characteristics and features of the grand prize, except as otherwise explicitly stated above, are at the Sponsors’ sole and absolute discretion; (vii) for certainty, the Released Parties will not be in any way responsible (and for greater certainty, are not obligated to offer any substitute prizing) in the event that any trip purchase or component thereof completed using the grand prize is delayed, postponed, re-scheduled or cancelled for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, due to illness or health risks, or any governmental or health authority orders, measures, directives or guidance in response to such illness or risks, such as, without limitation, those that may be implemented to mitigate COVID-19 transmission, or due to any other cause of any kind or nature whatsoever); and, (viii) the Sponsors reserve the right to change any of the grand prize description at its sole and absolute discretion. None of the Released Parties makes any representation or offers any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or fitness of any grand prize awarded in connection with the Competition. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each confirmed winner understands and acknowledges that he or she may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from either the Sponsors or any of the other Released Parties should his/her grand prize fail to be fit for its purpose or is in any way unsatisfactory. For greater certainty and the avoidance of any doubt, by accepting a grand prize, a confirmed winner agrees to waive all recourse against the Sponsor and all of the other Released Parties if the grand prize or a component thereof does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part.

    9. Entry Conditions and Release

    Each entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Competition; (b) defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless the Sponsors, GDC Entities and their respective parent, subsidiary, and d companies, celebrities, and any other person and organization responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, istering, advertising or promoting the Competition, and all of their respective past and present shareholders, officers, directors, employees, independent contractors, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant’s entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Competition, acceptance, possession, attendance at, defect in, delivery of, inability to use, use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry. Winner acknowledges that the prize is awarded as-is without warranty of any kind.

    10. Publicity

    Except where prohibited or restricted by law, winner’s acceptance of prize constitutes the winner’s agreement and consent for the Sponsors and any of its designees to use and/or publish winner’s name, city and state of residence, photographs or other likenesses, pictures, portraits, video, voice, testimonials, biographical information (in whole or in part), and/or statements made by winner regarding the Competition or the Sponsors, worldwide and in perpetuity for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of the Sponsors, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, print, TV, radio, electronic, cable, or World Wide Web, without further limitation, restriction, compensation, notice, review, or approval.

    11. General Conditions

    The Sponsors and their subsidiaries, s, divisions, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors shall not have any obligation or responsibility, including any responsibility to award any prize to entrants, with regard to: (a) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with or violate the Official Rules; (b) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind; (c) entrants who have committed fraud or deception in entering or participating in the Competition or claiming the prize; (d) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (e) any inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason; (f) if a prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions due to Acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, and other health crises, terrorism, acts of war, weather or any other similar event beyond Sponsors’ reasonable control; or (g) any damages, injuries or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from awarding, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss or misdirection of any prize or resulting from participating in this Competition or any promotion or prize related activities. The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual they find to be (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Competition, or with any Website promoting the Competition; (b) acting in violation of the Official Rules; or (c) entering or attempting to enter the Competition multiple times through the use of multiple email addresses or the use of any robotic or automated devices to submit entries. If the Sponsors determine, in their sole discretion, that technical difficulties or unforeseen events compromise the integrity or viability of the Competition, the Sponsors reserve the right to void the entries at issue, and/or terminate the relevant portion of the Competition, including the entire Competition, and/or modify the Competition and/or award the prize from all eligible entries received as of the termination date.

    12. Limitations of Liability

    The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Competition; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone or internet lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Competition; (d) technical or human error in the istration of the Competition or the processing of registrations; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Competition or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant’s registration is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Competition.     Except where prohibited, to the fullest extent permitting by applicable law, by participating, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, istration, and enforceability of the Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of an entrant and Sponsor shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the state of New York without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction and that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of actions arising out of, or connected with the Competition, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating, but in no event attorney’s fees; (3) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
